How can your prices be so low?
We buy large quantities direct from the factories which guarantee the lowest prices.
Where are these bikes manufactured?
We import our own CaddieUp
Brand Bicycles from reputable factories in China.
How much is shipping?
We use FedEx or UPS and charge a flat rate, which includes insurance and ships directly to your home or business.
Tandem Bikes - $99
Folding Bikes - $29
We ship to the lower 48 states only; we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take to receive my bike?
All bikes are in stock and are shipped right after payment received or funds have cleared. Once shipped, it generally only takes about 5-7 days for you to get your bike.
Do you stock parts for your bikes?
Yes. We stock parts for all of our bikes. Also, the good thing about these bikes is that your local bike shop can work on them and the parts are interchangeable.
Do you sell to dealers or can I become a dealer?
Yes. Qualified dealers must purchase a minimum of 12 bikes. For more information, email us at:

What forms of payment do you accept?
To provide you a secure checkout, we accept all credit cards through Paypal. You
DO NOT need a Paypal account to process your credit card payment. All you do is just click on "add to cart" for the item you want. It will take you to the secure Paypal page. Then click on "proceed to checkout" and continue
on the left side of the page. For your convenience, we also accept credit card payment over the phone, cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks. View Privacy Statement page for more information.
Is there assembly required?
Folding Bikes come 99% assembled.
Tandem Bikes require minor assembly - front wheel, handlebars, seats and pedals. If you need help, a local bike shop should be able to help you for around $30.
Can I pick up item at your warehouse in Houston, Texas and save on shipping?
Yes you can for a $15 box and handling fee; just email or call us to let us know when you want to pick it up so we can have it ready for you.
Do we pay any sales tax on our purchases?
Only Texas residents are required to pay sales tax of 8.25% which is added to the purchase price.
