WARRANTY INFORMATION
All of our CaddieUp Bikes are brand new and come with a manufacturer's warranty. The frame and forks come with a Full 2-Year Warranty, and any defective parts on the bike come with a 120-day warranty. If a part is defective during the warranty period, just send it back to us; and we will send you a new replacement part. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. The good thing about these bikes is that the parts are interchangeable with parts at your local bike shop.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Since we make customer satisfaction a top priority and are confident about the quality of our bikes, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days for a complete refund of your purchase price excluding all shipping fees. Just email us, or call us to let us know that you want to return it and ship it back to us insured in the original box. Bike must be returned in new condition. We do not charge any restocking fees.
